This is a class blog kept by student-authors and their teacher Mike Gwaltney.

The posts on this blog are part of an ongoing assignment in our fully online Global Issues course at the Online School for Girls. Students post reflection pieces on a rotating basis, with one author posting each weekday. Students also occasionally post to the blog for project assignments.

You can read the specifics of our class blog assignment here.

  1. This is such a good idea! The hypothesis of getting different feedback from different people around the world is great. The posts are interesting and they get more enriched thanks to the comments and dialogue. Congrats!

    • We really appreciate you taking the time to read our blog, Nadia. Students really benefit from the opportunity to publicly reflect on their learning as other learners share their own experiences through comments. The ensuing conversations are a chance to rethink ideas and perhaps gain new understandings.

We hope you’ll read often. 🙂
